MEC-MOR OPEN HOUSE

The MEC-MOR society, that is part of the SANTONI GROUP, opens up to the visitors from 23rd to 29th January.

In its welcoming show-room the new following machines for knitted tubular fabric will be exhibited:

- Models TC 5000 and TC 1500
- Models V 4000 and V 1800 TJ for variable knitted fabric width

The above mentioned models are the expression of the today’s highest existing sophisticated possibilities as far as outerwear knitted fabrics are concerned.

Machine Model TC 5000 is due to produce rib and interlock fabric, which performing possibilities can include jacquard, Transfer and structured stitches, fabric panel separation.

The 5 and 7 gauges versions are equipped with 18 knitting systems, all of them integrated having three technical ways and double transfer.

On the other hand the 10 and 12 gauge versions are equipped with 24 knitting feeds with variable configuration : integrated systems or three technical ways, without transfer, allowing high performing capacities in case of simple knitted fabric production.

Machine Model TC 1500 is due to produce striped interlock fabric panels with rib border and separation yarn.

It is equipped with 50 feeds with interlock configuration, 48 of which + 2 for border preparation in case of panels production.

These new models are able to combine one high flexibility with higher productivity while manufacturing knitted braided and plaited fabrics.

Those considered as Classic Models of the Mec-Mor production will be present, starting from the whole V range, that in many aspects has now been reviewed and improved: from machine model V 4000 for jacquard and structured fabric, up to V 1800 TJ for the production Jacquard, eyelet, rib plaited fabric, including the insertion of bare elastomer.

The gauges of the machine son dispaly go from 7 for the V4000 model, up to 18 for the V 1800 TJ model.

During this OPEN HOUSE Workshop all the visitors will have the opportunity of estimate the technical value of the machines whil eproducing fabric types that have been expressly developed by the Fashion Team Mec-Mor, who will put emphasis

On the new application possibilities of the Mec-Mor technology.
